The Pärnu Light Theater Festival "ÖÖvalgel" is a visual theater festival. The program consists of short plays where the primary means of storytelling takes place through modern visual technology and light displays, in addition to performers.

The performance venues are a short walk away from each other, so festivalgoers to enjoy a laidback stroll through the streets and parks of Pärnu. The productions are repeated over several days, allowing everyone to choose their own schedule and route to see the shows.
